This machine is primarily used for the automatic loading and pressing of axle boxes for high-speed trains, urban rail transit, and subway wheelsets, working in conjunction with wheelset AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) to sending wheelset automaticly.

The loading robot is a gantry-type inverted robot capable of various movements and postures. Equipped with axle box grippers, it precisely grasps and transports axle boxes, operating at high speed and efficiency, significantly reducing labor costs,

 and improving the company's image. It automates and intelligently manages production. The automatic axle box press-fitting machine can automatically receive work orders from the lean production management system, and the system can automatically start and report work during operation.

It intelligently connects to the material warehouse, enabling automatic axle box material transfer, automatic axle box information transmission, and automatic acquisition and uploading of axle box pressing information to the lean production management system.
