Push the wheelset to the middle position of the rotating table, and step on the foot valve to connect the air supply. The wheelset is lifted by the pneumatic pressure of the rotating table and disengages from the rail surface.
When the roller rises to the arc groove of the upper and lower grooves, release the foot valve to cut off the air supply; the wheelset changes from vertical lifting to rotating lifting.
When the roller slides to the arc groove on the other side and the upper/lower grooves, the wheelset first rotates downward by its own weight and then descends vertically. The wheelset falls back onto the rails by gravity. During the whole process, the wheelset rotates 90° along with the jack head, thus achieving a 90° rail-changing operation.
