YXD12 - Gearbox Cleaning Machine is specially designed for the maintenance of motor trains (EMU). It is suitable for gearbox internal cleaning operations of standard gauge CRH2, CRH380 and other CRH series motor trains.Drive and fuel supply adopts variable frequency technology to realize gearbox oil washing by infinitely variable speeds. Programmable curve method is used to change the wheel speed and fuel supply in the process of oil washing according to the programming curve, which overcomes the shortage and overflow of oil caused by changes in oil quantity at different speeds. Different wheelset gearboxes can be cleaned on the same equipment.
